Personal Training is a great way to get the most out of your gym sessions.
Our trainers aim to train our clients using an approach based on the latest sports science.
Personal Training will give you the confidence, the education and all the tools you need to achieve your goals.
We have a team of trainers with a variety of different specialities, whether you’re looking for weight loss, muscle/strength building or injury rehab/covid-19 rehabilitation we have a trainer to suit your needs.
We offer a free 30 minute trial session which will give you a taster of the training and consultation.
If you then decide to embark on your fitness journey with a trainer you will set goals with your trainer and they will then be there with you every step of the way to acheiving your goals.


DUO Personal Training
If you have a friend or partner with similar goals we do offer Duo Personal Training, this can be a good way to share the cost of your training and still get the focused coaching you need to progress with your health and fitness.
Training as a duo can be great for those who are a little nervous about the gym and may feel more at ease if they have a friend there training with them, training with others can also help with adherence to a new fitness regime in the long term. Consistency really is Key when it comes to fitness and anything we can do to keep going with those positive lifestyle changes is certainly worth it!
Sport Specific Training
If you are training for a specific event/challenge or sport, or if you are a young athlete looking to improve your performance. We also have Trainers at Nescot who have a background in sports. Whether you want to improve your acceleration on the football field, improve your stamina for a triathlon or increase muscle mass and power for rugby we can find a trainer to suit your needs.
