We are at Nescot College in Ewell near Epsom. Our weekday fitness classes are free for our gym members. To find out about our reasonably priced membership, with no contract and no strings, click here.
Classes are also open to non members at £5 each (£2.50 for Nescot Staff and Students). For those paying for any class please note that we only accept cash which is to be paid when you arrive for your class.
Members and Non-Members must reserve their places on classes every week in advance, by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Entry cannot be guaranteed if not reserved.
Strength and Conditioning – FREE for Gym Members

This is a total body conditioning class that uses resistance and weights to work on strength and tone. It combines all aspects of fitness to give you the ultimate full bodyworkout. Email email@example.com to reserve a place.

A bit like a circuit training class but with boxing style activities. This is a non-contact class but great for fitness, muscle conditioning and stress relief! Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve a place.
LBT (Legs, Bums & Tums) – FREE for Gym Members
WEDNESDAYS 5:15pm – 6:00pm in the Gym (starting 9th Jan)
