Fitness Classes

shutterstock_244732990We are at Nescot College in Ewell near Epsom. Our weekday fitness classes are free for our gym members. To find out about our reasonably priced membership, with no contract and no strings, click here.

Scroll down for class descriptions. Classes are also open to non members at £5.30 each (£2.50 for Nescot Staff and Students). For those paying for any class, payments must be made at the Sports Centre reception before the class.

Members and Non-Members must reserve their places on classes every week in advance. mEMBERS CAN USE THE CALENDAR BELOW, or their app, to book for free.

Class Descriptions

Blaze

A 45 minute circuits style full body workout, blaze through the calories, ignite your metabolism and come out feeling accomplished! Fun, fast and effective for losing weight/toning up.

Legs, Bums and Tums

This workout will target your legs, glutes and abdominals. Great for all fitness levels. Never skip leg day!

Strength & Conditioning

Strength training is very important not only for protecting your joints and maintaining healthy posture but can also boost your metabolism, help you lose weight and improve muscle definition. Our Strength and Conditioning class will give you the confidence to use free weights and bodyweight exercises with correct technique.

Core

Hit all the muscles in your core in one session, a strong core will improve your performance in other sessions and will protect your lower back from injury, combined with a good nutrition plan you’ll be looking and feeling great in no time.
