When you join our gym we’ll show you how to us e the equipment and suggest an exercise plan for you. If you’d like ongoing one to one assistance, motivation and training we have dedicated personal trainers.
If you are new to the world of exercise, or need an extra boost to keep you going, then you could try a personal trainer on a daily basis for a short while. Once you get going you could cut that down to once a week or once a month just to make sure you keep heading in the right direction.
There’s no contract, no minimum term and you can use our qualified trainers as and when you need them. All we ask you to do is to book 48hrs in advance.
