If you are new to the world of exercise, or need an extra boost to keep you going, then you could try a personal trainer on a daily basis for a short while. Once you get going you could cut that down to once a week or once a month just to make sure you keep heading in the right direction.
There’s no contract, no minimum term and you can use our qualified trainers as and when you need them. All we ask you to do is to book 48hrs in advance.

Chris Haddad – Sports Centre & Gym Manager.
Mick Maguire – Trainer
Mick has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer for 4 years. He runs his own fitness company that specializes in group classes such as circuits, boxercise and boot camps. On a personal training level, he has worked with clients with differing goals and he enjoys working with clients who want to improve their emotional and physical well being. He is currently specialising in becoming a fitness instructor for cancer patients and those with medical conditions referred by their GP. Mick has run a number of London Marathons and he’s trekking to Everest Base Camp next year.
Qualifications: Level 2 football coach. Level 4 strength and conditioning instructor. Level 3 Personal Trainer. Level 2 fitness instructor. Boxercise instructor. Boxercise for kids. DBS checked. First aid qualified.
James Keeley – Trainer
James has been a qualified personal trainer for a year and a half. According to his clients, one of his best qualities is that he is easy to talk to and someone that always listens to them. During his sessions he uses a range of training styles and methods to work on all components of fitness whilst keeping the sessions fun and vibrant. His specialisms are strength and conditioning.
